and for the 245781th time,when is SHE going to call us?i need to get my paraphernalia ready,and the show is next tues!is she mad? for pete's sake,at least give us a call if we didn't get it,not leaving us hanging around on a thin line. and customer service in m'sia is making me fume.i reallyt shouldn't have studied cust service module,makes me really snappy when ppoeple are slow,ignorant,irresponsible,and urgh, think you owe them a living.
